How can I track my order?
1) Visit our website and click “Order Tracking”. 2) Enter your order number and email address to view your order details.
Can I change my shipping address?
You can only change the shipping address of your order within the same country/region, and the order must still be in production. Please log in to your account and click “Orders”. You can find the order that needs to be modified on the order details page and edit the shipping address.
After submitting the request, the system will automatically generate a work order and send it to our customer service team, who will change the address for you.
If you want to ship the order to another country/region, please contact [email protected] for more information about shipping fee differences and logistics restrictions.
Once the order is shipped, we will no longer be able to change the shipping address.
Shipping Destinations
We offer global delivery services. When entering your shipping address, please select your destination from our drop-down list of delivery countries/regions.
Shipping Fees
Australia, Canada, United States (USA), Rest of the World.
Free shipping on orders over $50 – (Condition: Payment amount of $50.00 and above)
Standard Shipping – (Condition: Amount from $0.01 to $49.99) (Fee: $10.00)
Express Shipping – (Condition: All orders) (Fee: $20.00)
Occasionally, delivery delays may occur.
Shipping Time
This refers to the time required for the goods to be transported from our logistics center to the destination.
Standard shipping time is 7-15 working days,
Express shipping time is 3-7 working days.
Our Return and Refund Process
If you are not satisfied with the received goods, please log in to My Account or contact us to initiate a return within 30 days after receiving the goods.
We usually refund the amount of the returned goods and applicable taxes within 3 working days after receiving and confirming the returned package. Shipping fees (including order and return shipping fees) are non-refundable.
Please ensure that all returned goods are in their original condition, i.e., unworn, unwashed, unaltered or damaged, with all original tags intact. For any damaged, defective or incorrectly shipped items, we will issue a full refund, including shipping fees. In this case, please log in to My Account to apply for a return or contact us directly for assistance. For more information, please refer to our Return and Refund Policy.

Initiate the return/refund process.
To initiate a return request, you must go to your order page first.
• Ordered Through Account:
Log into your stationerypald account and click order to go to your orders page. If you have trouble getting into your account, you may have used Guest Checkout.
• Ordered Through Guest Checkout:
Click Tracking orders to pull up your order page.
If you don’t remember whether you used your account or Guest Checkout to place your order, try both of the above instructions, and if neither works, Contact us:[email protected] with your order details.

Order Issues
How do I place an order?
To place your order:
1. Add the desired item and quantity to your cart.
2. Click the shopping cart icon.
3. Review your order and click “CHECKOUT”.
4. Checkout as a Guest or Sign In to place the order.
5. Confirm your order details, click “CHECKOUT”.
When will I receive my order?
Order verification, quality check, and packaging. All orders are sent to the fulfillment center for dispatch within 1-3 working days after the order is placed. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
Missing item/wrong item received
We will issue a full refund including the shipping fee for any missing item or mis-shipped items as long as we are notified within 30 days upon your receipt and your request is confirmed.
Please request a return in my account or Contact Us directly for assistance with processing your return. After 30 days, we may not be able to process the return and a full refund.

Trouble signing into my account
Please double-check if the email address and password you put is correct. If you still can’t sign in to your account, please contact us: at [email protected] with your account information and details of your issue. They will liaise with our technical team to help resolve it.
Changing account details
Please log into your account to change your account details directly. If you require further assistance, please send full details of your change request to us: [email protected]. They will reply within 24 hours.
Forgotten my password
If you have forgotten your password, please click “Forgot Password” to reset it.
If this method is invalid, please contact us and we will reset your password with your consent.
If you want to change your password, please follow these steps:
1) Click “Login” on our website, then go to your account information page. 2) Click “Change Password” to change your password and save the new password.
